• OlaGoa is not responsible for property conditions or host behavior

5. Property Owners/Hosts

Property owners who list on OlaGoa agree to provide accurate property information, maintain properties in good condition, honor confirmed bookings, and comply with all local laws and regulations.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the platform for illegal purposes
• Harass other users or hosts
• Attempt to circumvent our booking system
• Scrape or collect data without permission

7. Limitation of Liability

OlaGoa acts as an intermediary between guests and property owners. We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or issues arising from bookings. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to OlaGoa for the booking.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
